OUR OPENING HOURS
Plan your visit to the Marlstone Tavern
Please remember:
WE DO NOT TAKE EVENING RESERVATIONS
Just come along, we will accommodate you, we never turn people away in the evening, if you are unfortunate enough to arrive while we are full, leave your name with us, have a drink at the bar, and we’ll get you seated as soon as we can. The new venue is much larger than the original so we have plenty of room and the possible waiting time is much shorter for those who do need to wait.Please remember that young children and babies do need to be off the premises by or as close to 7:30pm as possible as we become an adult only venue at this time.
To reserve a table for a lunchtime visit please call us on: 01295 40 40 45 during open hours, but please give us plenty of notice as we can fill up for certain lunches up to two weeks in advance and when we’re full, we’re full.
We are unable to accept bookings via email or social media.
The pub’s opening hours are shown below. Remember, phones are only manned during opening hours – so if you need a question answered quickly out of hours, best head for our FAQ page.

If you crave good pie you are in for a real treat when you visit, The Marlstone Tavern. Our pie perfectionists conjure up heavenly creations, freshly made every day, full of flavour and packed full of love. So much love, you could consider our pies a love letter to yourself, they’ll certainly delight your lips and you might feel them on the hips!
About our pies
We’re also known as The Pie Pub and for very good reason, we are absolutely fanatical about pie. But not your standard Fray Bentos type pie, no that simply would not do. We hand make delicious tasting pies with flavour combinations designed to delight. You will leave the tavern with your taste buds tantalised and your stomach very content.
